–Fidelity checks: Some clients want to confirm their suspicions, and others simply want the reassurance and peace of mind. Our detectives will observe the subject and track their movements, (focusing predominantly on times where a window of opportunity exists). Throughout these investigations, the agent assigned to the case will keep a line of communication open with the clients at all times, ensuring regular updates. The detective will collect video and/or photographic evidence, and at the end of the investigation, compile a report with their findings. Our reports and evidence can be submitted in a format accepted by British courts, and most courts around the world.
–Due diligence investigations: When you are going to enter into any form of agreement with an individual, especially if the agreement could have enormous potential ramifications, it is important to know exactly who you are entering into an agreement with. If you are considering entering into any kind legally binding agreement, it is vital to know exactly who you are dealing with. These agreements can be anything from marriage to major business deals. Our approach will depend on the information the client wants gathered, and the level of discretion the client wants our detective to keep throughout the investigation. If the investigation has to be covert, the detective will mostly be running criminal records checks, marital status checks, investigating tax returns, finding out if the subject has children, and so on. If the investigation is overt, the detective will also be conducting interviews of third parties who can offer further insight into who the subject is.
–Criminal defence investigations: Our detectives will often liaise with the Thai law firm representing our client, ensuring a truly independent and effective criminal defence.
–Asset investigations: Western courts already face a number of challenges operating at a national level, but when a case enters into the international realm, the bureaucratic and logistical obstacles often allow assets to remain a secret. Our agents have years of experience wading through the bureaucracy in Thailand, and over the years have developed enough contacts, that we can turn the mammoth task into a simple investigation.
–Missing persons investigations: From cases where foul play is suspected, to cases where a client is simply concerned about the wellbeing of a subject, our detectives deal with all missing persons investigations. We will track down the location of the subject, and where needed, coordinate with local authorities to ensure the safety of the subject.
